This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale that regulate the purchase of products from the website www.colorfulkrakenstudio.com
Please read these conditions carefully before using this online store. The use of the online store implies acceptance of these conditions.
The terms of use may be modified by the company at any time, and the ones in effect at the time of purchase will be applied.
PRICE AND SHIPPING
The prices indicated in the online store include VAT (21%). The company reserves the right to modify the sale prices listed in the online store, as well as the offered products, at any time. If due to a typographical or computer error the price of the products is not as stipulated, those products will not be shipped until the actual price is paid.

PAYMENT METHODS
Card Payment: Card payments are made through the secure Redsys gateway. It is necessary to have the card linked to a mobile phone because the security system will request a code that you will receive from your bank on your mobile phone. In most cases, the transaction cannot be completed without this security code.
Paypal: Paypal allows you to make payments with your Paypal account or as a guest using your credit card. No extra charges will be applied if you use this option.
All transactions are secure; your data will not be recorded in any database but will be encrypted directly to PayPal or the banking entity.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS:
From the receipt of the order, you have a maximum period of 15 days to return or exchange the product, provided you notify us in advance by email at colorfulkrakenstudio@gmail.com . Only the amount corresponding to the cost of the product will be refunded, not the shipping costs (except if the return is due to an error on our part, and the order consisted solely of the item to be returned, in which case we will cover the shipping costs). The customer will bear the costs of return and exchange, to be paid in advance directly to Colorful Kraken Studio (using PayPal or credit card).
The customer may return any item purchased from to Colorful Kraken Studio, provided it is in its original packaging, in good condition, and shows no signs of use.
Returns will be made using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
IMPORTANT: Exempt from return are those products that have been personalized, made to measure by the customer, or limited edition numbered products.
You can cancel your order at no extra cost if you cancel it before it is shipped. The money will be fully refunded. If it has been shipped, you will need to go through the return process. For cancellations, we recommend contacting us urgently via email colorfulkrakenstudio@gmail.com to avoid shipping.
Modification of General Terms of Use and Sale
Colorful Kraken Studio reserves the right to modify prices, items, offers, and other commercial conditions without prior notice, according to the evolution of this website and the content offered on it.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF COLORFULKRAKENSTUDIO.COM AND PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
All products available on colorfulkrakenstudio@gmail.com comply with current Spanish law. Colorful Kraken Studio is not responsible for the improper use of the products, which could lead to harm to the user or third parties.
The warranty period is the legally established period. Some parts require assembly. This warranty excludes defects caused by negligence, impacts, or improper use.
Colorful Kraken Studio does not recommend its products to persons under 14 years of age.
Colorful Kraken Studio will replace all products that have a manufacturing error at the time of purchase.
