Josh, a.ka. orcbutt, is a master of lighting and in this tutorial he teaches a quick and easy way to paint a really dramatic glowing effect on your bases and models without using an airbrush, using a monochrome scheme as a base to get the highest possible contrast with the pink OSL coming off of the bases. This is a fantastic way to paint a smaller warband to try something new and experiment, then take the lessons you learned and apply them to any bright parts of your models where you may want to include an OSL effect.
